• Massaging olive oil on the scalp is also a good remedy for hair loss.

• Take vitamins for hair growth. Remember, hair problems often start when you are not taking in enough vitamins. Vitamins A and C, and Zinc, are very important in the maintenance of healthy hair and general well being. Make sure to eat fruits and vegetables that contain these essential vitamins for hair growth, too.

• Avoid things that can aggravate hair loss, such as stress and excessive shampooing. Make time to exercise and relax, and remember to laugh out loud at least once a day. Laughing out loud helps to relieve the tension.
